Founder Tom Sturges, a 3rd generation builder, was born and raised in Ridgefield, CT. His inspiration to make customer’s dream homes come to reality began at an early age when working for his father and uncle at Sturges Brothers, Inc. Tom built the framework of his company on the ethics and principles he learned working for them. His extensive building knowledge and meticulous attention to detail enables Tom to envision something before it’s built and see it come to existence.
